At BMXTRIX your personal privacy is of the utmost importance to us and care is taken to make sure that we do not disrespect your personal privacy by giving out information that is received through this website.

DATA COLLECTED

BMXTRIX collects minor data from visitors as they generally browse the site.  This data contains no personal identifying information of visitors and is not linked by BMXTRIX to any personal identifying information at any point.  Minor data collected would include the pages visited, the features most often utilized, and the time of the visit.  This helps to make the site better only.

Additionally, through forms found throughout BMXTRIX there are requests for e-mail, and some personal information (name, age, bike, etc.)  This information is used only to provide accurate responses to visitors and is discarded immediately after a response.  No information collected through forms on BMXTRIX is saved unless the form is a request to be on a mailing list or e-mail list.

DATA GIVEN OUT

BMXTRIX does not give out any information that is collected by BMXTRIX ever.  Certain partnerships through BMXTRIX have their own policies which can be found below.  But within BMXTRIX there is no sharing of visitor information, nor are there any current plans for there to be sharing of information.  If there is ever a change in policy, current visitors of the site will be informed that the information may be shared.

HOW RECEIVED DATA IS USED

Data received through forms at BMXTRIX is used to fulfill the transaction of the form and is then discarded.  This means that if a visitor gives their e-mail address to ask for help on a trick, then that e-mail address is deleted by BMXTRIX so no additional e-mail from BMXTRIX can be sent out.  Once again - data is DELETED, not given out, sold, or shared with other sites.
