Rider Submitted Description #1
PREREQUISITES: Good air, flatland decades, no-footers, Indian airs.
DESCRIPTION: For advanced riders only!!!!!
I learned it on dirt but most learn
into a foam pit. Expect to wipe out lots learning this trick. I will expain it
spinning to the left of the bike and landing on the right side if you spin the
other way reverse the sides.
1. Take off the lip with enough air to clear the
jump comfortably.
2. Kick your right foot back like a nacnac
3. Take off your left foot and go
with the momentum of your right foot.
4. Spin around the bike like a regular
decade.
5. Now, plant your left foot on the top tube and your right foot on the
right pedal and prepare to land.
6. Nose into the landing so you don't loop out
*make sure when you take off you're leaned back far enough so when you spin the
back end stays down

VARIATIONS: One handed, even a double decade air IS possible!
DESCRIPTION:
1. It's good to learn this trick on a table-top jump instead of a big
double because bailing out of this trick is a piece of cake if you've got
something to stand on. If you don't, well, it's gonna hurt. trust me.
2. Approach the ramp at a medium to fast pace (I suggest faster for more air time).
3. As soon as you get off the lip of the jump, take your feet off the pedals and
turn your head to the direction that you want to rotate.
4. Keep twisting you
whole body (360 degrees) until you can hop back on the pedals.
Remember, this
trick is done while the frame stays in one place. Don't let the frame rotate AT
ALL!!! It'll take you MANY attempts to get this trick dialed. It took me many
many tries to get this trick as well. Have fun!

Rider Submitted Description #3
PREREQUISITES: Ramp riding, 360's, tailwhips, no footers
VARIATIONS: One
handers
DESCRIPTION:
Approach the ramp at a good speed, same speed you would
use to do any other trick, but not to fast or you won't have time to land the
jump
Right before your front tire leaves the ramp start to gradually carve to
whatever side you plan on rotating
As the bike leaves the ramp start to do a
360, only before spinning do a no footer
Once you are spinning try to aim your
feet for the pedals
Keep your eyes locked on the pedals until your feet land on
them
Once your feet land on the pedals, turn your head straight forward and
identify the place on the landing ramp you will land
Land and ride out like any
other trick

PREREQUISITES: Tailwhip airs, flatland decades
VARIATIONS: 360
decade airs
DESCRIPTION: A fairly large dirt jump is best
for this trick.
Approach the jump with normal speed and pump the lip as normal.
As you take off the lip, turn the bars and when they get about a quarter of the
way round (45 degrees) take your feet off and twist round the bike, pushing
against the frame as you go round to keep the bike straight in the air.
Stretch out your leg (left or right depending on which way your are turning) and
hook the frame and pull yourself back onto the pedals.
You should get back on
the pedals just before you land.
When I first learned this trick I landed
sketchy but you learn to land better as you get this trick dialed.

Rider Submitted Description #5
PREREQUISITES: No-footers
VARIATIONS: One-handed and maybe 360
DESCRIPTION: Well, first
you have to find a big jump that gives you a lot of air. Once your comfortable
going big on it, your ready to try the trick.
Start by going as fast as you can go towards the lip of the
jump.
As soon as you leave the lip, turn a little to the left (I spin
going clockwise, so this is so you are able to spin faster, kinda like a tailwhip).
Then you jump off your pedals at the same time.
Watch your seat the whole time,
to spot your landing.
While you are spinning around the frame, keep your feet
close to your body, and kinda pull the bike under you.
When you are about 3/4
the way around the bike, stop yourself by sticking your right foot down to hit
the frame.
Look for your pedals (or your frame) to land on. Then watch for the
landing, and ride away.
I am explaining this the way I do it, with my right foot
forward, so if you ride with your left foot forward, just reverse the
directions.

PREREQUISITES: Ground decades, boomoranges
VARIATIONS: Opposite decade, decade
whip
DESCRIPTION: The first few times that you pull the trick you'll probably
want to have enough speed to go high off the table top.
Come to the lip with the
speed you'd use for a 360 and when you air the table top you'll want to take your right
leg and bring it clockwise behind the seat.
As you're doing this, you'll want to take your left foot off the pedal and
let it come around with you right leg.
You should twist your hips clockwise so that you'll go around the
bars.
You do NOT want too much momentum because then the tail will probably come
with you.
As you come around, you should lift your left leg around the frame and
as you do that your right leg should land back on the pedal, then your left foot
should hit the pedal.
It sounds complicated but they are pretty easy if you give it
some time and serious effort.
