Resi Jump Box

What the hell is a resi you think? Well as far as I know they where first made in woodward, because going from the foampit to a jump box is a big step. so They made something where you don't get as hurt as on a jump box if you screw up a jump, but still be able to ride out if you land your trick. Now how is this done you ask? well, the deck and the landing are lowerd, and filled with foam matrasses, and then topped with a rubber plate.

CAN WE BUILD IT? YES WE CAN!

  • The lauch is the same from the jumpbox. so check it out there.
  • To start cut all the plates like on the site.
  • Start with the middle part, use studs from 190cm, and place them about 20 cm under the plate (the height of the matrasses), and add 2 or 3 bellow also, and use some cross bars to add strenght.
  • Then place the sides and use 35.5cm studs. place these on the top.
  • Make the landing the same way as the top of the resi
  • attach the 3 parts, and layer the sides, and the inner part of the top and the landing with 18mm plates.
  • now place the matrasses, add a 5cm high 18mm wide and 190cm long plate after every matras, so they don't slide down. you can place them in plastic if you are going to use the resi outside, so that the matrasses don't get wet.
  • Now add the rubber layer, but only attach it on the side near the launch. Leave the rest, so it can move when you land on it.
  • thats it. just your choise of top layer for the launch, and you're done.
  • Now learn new tricks in a safe way.
